      DECATUR -- Brenda Lee (Harper) Allen, 59, of Decatur, IL, passed away December 26, 2018 at St. John's Hospital.
      Brenda was born October 26, 1959 in Decatur, IL, the
      daughter of Barney and Esterlean (Williams) Harper. She
      married Willie Allen in Decatur, IL. Brenda was a
      Certified Nurses Aid and worked for Home Health Care.
      She was very active with her church, House of Miracles
      Church, and would often lead testimony service. She
      truly loved the Lord and was a beautiful person and a
      loving grandmother. Surviving are her children,
      Reesheda (Derrick) Boyd, William Arnez Harper, Mylon
      Leonard Harper; mother, Esterlean Harper; siblings,
      Johnny Harper, Dorothy Cox-Stowe, Albert (Rosetta)
      Harper, Linda (Billie) Coleman, Charlene Harper-Morton,
      Joyce (Al) Hodges, Willie James Harper; grandchildren,
      Shakur Dotson, Bryson Adams, Dallas Boyd, Dallen Boyd,
      Almy Harper, Mackenzie Austin, Shamya Harper, LeAndro
      Harper; special friend Amanda Gurley. Preceding in
      death are her father, and brother, Andrew Harper.
      Burial will be at Greenwood Cemetery.
