Mrs. Guard, with her husband, had been eating in a cafeteria,
Mrs. Guard finishing first. She went across the street to mail a
letter at the post office and had started back. She was struck
by an auto which crushed her against a building. The driver,
who had lost control of the machine and had run upon the curbing,
backed away and then ran into Mrs. Guard a second time crushing her again.
