Minnie Mae Mooring was born on June 20, 1926 in Brownsville, Tennessee to the union of John L. Mooring and Jessie Mae Bolds-Mooring. Minnie accepted Christ at an early age. Minnie lived in St. Louis, Missouri where she worked as a nanny and CNA in Clayton County for many years. Later Minnie relocated to Decatur, Illinois until the lord called her home on Thursday, November 15, 2018. Minnie loved to cook, clean and most important spend time with her family. She loved spoiling her grandchildren and she will truly be missed. Minnie leaves to cherish her loving memories, one daughter, Diane Bell of Decatur; granddaughters, Sheila Murray and Danielle Murray both of St. Louis; great-grandchildren, Kalen Connor, Di’Arius Tyus, and Jernie Hubbert; special grandsons, Kevin Connor and Jermine Hubbert and a host of other family and friends. Minnie was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Jack Mooring, L.H. Mooring, and JB Mooring and a sister, Sally Turner.
