      Decatur - Betty C. Patterson, 80, of Decatur,
      passed away Saturday, November 25, 2017,
      at Decatur Memorial Hospital. Betty was born
      April 22, 1937, in Brownsville, TN, the daughter
      of Alfred E. and Murline (Currie) Muex, Sr.
      She married Lester Patterson, Sr., and he passed
      away September 20, 2010. Surviving are her
      children: Gary Muex of Decatur, Shirley (Lee Graves)
      Muex-Graves of Decatur, Raymond Patterson of GA,
      Lester (Bobbi) Patterson, Jr., of Decatur and Douglas
      (Amy) Patterson of Clinton; eleven grandchildren and
      three great grandsons; sister, Willa Fox of Decatur; a
      host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Betty was preceded in death by her parents, husband, two sons, one daughter and one brother. Homegoing service will be 11 AM, Saturday, December 2, 2017, in the Moran & Goebel Funeral Home; visitation will be one hour before in the funeral home. Burial will take place in Greenwood Cemetery, Decatur.
