Elizabeth "Liz" Seals, 53, of Decatur departed this life on Thursday, June 1, 2017 in the comfort of her home. Liz was born on February 12, 1964 in Joliet, Illinois the daughter of Willie "Bo" McCoy and Mildred Taylor. She graduated from Joliet High School and from Robert Morris College where she studied Dental Assistant. She accepted Christ at an early age and was a member of the Living Word Evangelistic Ministries. Liz leaves to cherish her loving memories: her grandchildren: Ryan Seals, Jr., Dariah Seals and Ivory Smith all of Decatur, IL; brothers: John Seals of California, Jerry Seals and Willie Seals both of Decatur, Il and Aaron Seals; sisters, Shirley Seals of North Carolina, Rita (aka Mom) McCoy-Currie of Decatur, Illinois; special loved ones: Mr. and Mrs. Aldophis Cooper, Ricky Cadwell and Shamar Dawson and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, son, Ryan Seals, Jr., brother, William Seals and sisters, Pamela Seals.
