Rosia Lee Lawson, the age of 92, passed away on Sunday, January 3, 2021 at Decatur Rehabilitation Center. Rosia was born on October 16, 1928 in Pine Bluff, Arkansas the daughter of Andrew Lawson and Bertha Ingram. She united in Holy Matrimony to the late Albert White, Sr. She was a loving mother and loved to help others. She was a grandmother/Nanny at Anna Waters Headstart to the staff and children. She enjoyed fishing and watching Benny Hinn. Rosia’s sweet loving spirit will be forever missed in the hearts of her children: Rosie (Keith) Anderson and Charles White; grandchildren: Ebony Hopson, Tiffany Hopson, Mia Dawson, Sparkle Sanders; 6 great grandchildren: Devanta, Emaine, Emaree, Nehemiah, Isaiah, Micah along with a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Albert White, Sr. son, Albert White, Jr.; siblings: James Lawson, Sr., Henry Lawson, Doretha (Puttin) Lawson and sister-in-law, Gracie Austin.Special thanks to all the staff at Decatur Rehabilitation Center over the years who took care of mom.
