Henry Lee Wilder, 65, of Decatur, passed away on Sunday, August 27, 2017. Henry was born on February 11, 1952 in Humboldt, TN the son of T.C. and Katherine (Woodland) Wilder, Sr. He worked as a tire builder at Firestone and was a self-taught organ player. Henry was a people person who loved to roller skate.
Henry leaves not to mourn but to cherish his fond memories: his sons: Tracy Cunningham and Jonathan Wilder; daughter, Keana Wilder of Decatur; mother, Katherine Wilder of Decatur; brothers: Willie L. Wilder, James R. (Vanessa Washington) Wilder and T.C. Wilder, Jr. of Decatur, Albert T. (Glenda) Wilder of MI; sisters: Maurine Williams, Dorothy J. Young and Mary E. (General) Pender of Decatur; five grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Henry was preceded in death by his father, T.C. Wilder, Sr. and sister, Lillie Mae (Wilder) Pugh.
